Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
Here,it would be helpful for me if you could take a clinical picture of this cystic acne over the chin or the lump as you said, as there is feature to send images on the right side query page.
I would advice you further after a look at the lesion whether it is a cystic acne or something else.
Awaiting your response.
Regards,
Send me picture for further comments.

I added the pictures of the cystic acne on my face and one of my 10 there is no lump is visible to the touch
Brief Answer:
take broad spectrum antibiotics like cephlaosporins (Tab.droxyl 500)
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
The clinical photographs you have uploaded are seems to be a small boils or carbuncle rather than just a cystic acne.
You could also say it as a cystic acne because cystic acne is also a type of boil that is formed when oil ducts become clogged and infected.
Boils are commonly due to bacterial infection (mostly staphylococcal) in a person with Problems with the immune system,Poor nutrition or Poor hygiene etc.
You should take broad spectrum antibiotics like cephlaosporins (Tab.droxyl 500 mg) or fluroquinolones with analgesics (diclofenac 100) and antacids (Tab.rantac 150 or tab.pantoprazole 40 ) as per your doctor's advise.
It would be advisable that you consult some local doctor or GP (if dermatologist appointment is not feasible) who will know about the treatment as antibiotics are prescription drugs.
Hope this will help you.

You can't give me a prescription?
Brief Answer:
Unfortunately prescription are not allowed
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Prescriptions are not allowed without physical examination. This is a code which doesn't allow a practitioner to issue prescription on online forums. A similar code applies to pharmacy stores and they do not honor script from online forums.
