Question : My four year old is in pain .cystitis symptoms.
Can I give her a half dose of cystspurin

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Cystopurin sachets contains the active ingredient potassium citrate. Although it can be given to your child, giving plenty of water to drink does exactly the same thing and so I would rather insist you to give plenty of water to drink instead.

Since your child might be having UTI (includes cystitis) it is very important to get a routine microscopy and culture of her urine done. Depending upon the reports, treatment with antibiotics might be needed.
