Question : I am XXXXXXX persons of 77 yrs. My both ears are damaged. Just from last month I am in trouble of Asthama. Coulgh collects near throat but it come out with difficulty. Want to get X-ray of Ear, Nose and throat and then start treatment.

Hi,

If you have a sticky sputum as that in Asthma you should get a good nebulizer at home. Put normal saline solution of 2 ml in the device and use it four times to five times a day. THis will liquify the sputum and ease of coming out.
Besides there are mucolytics like Guaiphenesin with Ambroxol which can be taken thrice a day. THis helps for your Asthma issue as well.
You can get to see a ENT surgeon for your problem but you can try what I said here.
