Question : i am suffering dandruff & hair fall.Kindly help me to provide proper solution.

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
Dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis is a common cause of scalp itching and hair fall. Controlling dandruff efffectively would effectively control hair fall too.
I suggest you to use an antidandruff shampoo i.e a 2% ketoconazole containing antidandruff shampoo e.g scalpe shampoo. Use it every alternate days or even daily if you have severe dandruff. Lather it well into wet scalp and leave it on for 5 minutes and finally rinse it off thoroughly.
