Brief Answer:
Oral Doxycycline & Nadiflixacin gel for pimples; Kojic acid cream for spots

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone throguh your query and I have understood your concern.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is a common complication of boils Or inflammatory acne on face.
You may use a kojic acid based cream e.g Kojic cream, twice daily at site of pigmentation/ dark spots. This would gradually fade away the black spots.
I would also suggest Oral Vitamin C tablet e.g Limcee chewable tablet, once daily. Vitamin C also helps in hyperpigmentation.
In addition I would suggest that you be started on Oral Doxycycline tablet, twice daily for 2-4 weeks for your inflammatory acne, specially if you keep having new ones regularly.
Topically you may use Nadifloxacin 1% gel e.g Nadoxin gel, for active acne/ pimples, twice daily.
These medications are all prescription products and I suggest that you use it under supervision of a dermatologist in your vicinity.
