Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroenterologist as black stools are due to bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract and needs urgent evaluation.
Some investigations may be helpful like :-
1. Endoscopy
2. Colonoscopy
3. CT Abdomen
4. Stool examination(including examination for Occult blood)
5. Hemoglobin levels
I would advise that you should start Omeprazole 40 mg along with an antacid gel.
Avoid spicy and hot foods.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation by your Gastroenterologist.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
