I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
You may try EGA cream. Apply once at night over the affected area. Use it sparingly. After a few days you might notice some dryness/ peeling of skin. If peeling is bothersome use it alternate night or use it along with a moisturizer (moisturizer during the day and EGA cream at night).
Take adequate (at least 8 hours) regular sleep.
Avoid working for long hours on computer, watching too much of TV etc.
