Question : Hi,
I am 26 years old and from recently i developed heavy dark circles under my eyes. Can you please suggest me the treatment to get rid of them.

I think I can help you
I have the following suggestions that you can try.

1. try vitamin E supplementation, a dose of 200 mg may suffice initially
2. try lactocalamine lotion, application of this almost always helps.
3. try iron and multivitamin supplementation. lots of vitamin deficiency cause the dark rings
4. take proper and comfortable sleep.
5. have a good health well balanced diet.
6. try eye massage.
7. if there is too much sun exposure, suntan cream may help.
