Question: Hello doc.
How are you doing..?
I am XXXXXXX I have seen 25 XXXXXXX My height is 170 cm and weight is 52 kg. The problem is that i am not getting any gain in my weight. I take protein, vitamin and carbohydrate rich food supplement in daily diet. I have been masturbating daily for last 12 years. I am going grey in beard and head for the last 3-4 years. I look myself older due to black shades under eyes, wrinkles, weakness, grey hair, underweight and other symptoms. I want to get younger that i have lost. Please Prescribe me. I need your valuable suggestion as soon as.

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. Malabsorption syndromes and hyperthyroidism should be ruled out. Stool routine should be carried out and Thyroid profile which will help to rule out this. Anemia should be ruled out by doing a complete blood count also.
In case of any malabsorption syndrome or parasitic infestation proper therapy with antibiotics like metronidazole and deworming with drugs like albendazole help. In case of anemia iron supplements should be taken also.

You should get proper exercise. You can go for body building also which will help in increasing growth hormone , help you to gain weight and prevents aging to some extent. Taking protein alone with out exercise doesn't help in weight gain. But if you do exercise and take protein supplements it will help. Also get proper sleep. Sleep for 8 hours per day.

Taking anti oxidants also is helpful against aging. Green tea , ginseng and vitamin C is helpful for this. You should also get rid off anxiety and stress by stress relaxation exercises. Breathing exercises will be helpful for this. Take deep breaths after sit on a place and relax all your body muscles.

Masterbating doesn't have an impact on aging or dark circles. Doing exercises daily and socializing help to get rid off doing this excessively.

Thanks doc. for your valuable reply.
I forgot mentioning few things. I do get cold, headache and backache very quickly. I do get milk, curd, egg, sprout, green vegetables in diet. Could you prescribe me any good protein supplement during exercise by which i could get gain weight quickly without any side-effects?
As you said regarding masturbation, i think you should read these articles.

Hi

Thank you for your follow up query. If you get recurrent cold and head ache problems like sinusitis should be ruled out. With proper antibiotic therapy and nasal decongesants you will be fine. I also advise to take chewable vitamin C daily which also help in get rid off this. Recurrent upper respiratory infections can give back ache also.

I have gone through the articles you mentioned about masterbation. These studies they mentioned is not published in any medical journels. No sexologist agree with these also. But excessive masterbation has psychosocial impacts. If excessive that should be controlled. By taking egg, milk,sea foods and meat zinc can be replenished which is lost in prostatic fluid. Including fenugreek more in your food also helps.

And for testing blood count, stool and Thyroid profile you should go to your clinic. Regarding protein supplement i recommend taking B protein powder. Protein needed for body is 1gm per kg. But you can increase intake if you go for body building.

Suggestions given by you, are right but one should have consistency to get stability and i do not have consistency. I had joined gym two times for 2-3 months but could not complete course. Is any therapy for getting consistency in work..??

The same thing happens with Masturbation. I do want to get rid off this habit but my biological clock does not allow my body to do this. Yoga and social-help might reduces this daily routine process. I have been adapted now. It might get transmitted to offspring!!! Can this be..??

I think that I am going grey because of my father, not because of excess DHT concentration. It is all heredity.

One last query doc. I have too much long hair on entire body surface due to heredity, even on hips so how should i remove them permanently..??

Thank you for your follow up query. Most people who start gym have the same problem of not having consistency. You should get some friends to to gym with you who are consistent. Get the help of trainer in gym in doing exercises. Discuss all the doubts with him. Most bodybuilders , they wax their body and stand in front of mirror which gives them inspiration. You can try that also.

Masterbation habit, it is not transmitted to offspring. It is a usual thing in your age group who doen't have a sexual partner. Once you have a partner the tendency will gradually decrease. Ofcourse yoga, exercises and social help will reduce the tendency of doing it. Don't make yourself alone most of the time. Talk with friends , involve in hobbies or play sport games which all help.

Your graying of hair can be heredity. Even i have the same problem of premature greying of hair due to heredity.

You can do waxing for excessive hair growth in body. This will last more time than shaving. This is a method with out any side effects other than a short pain while removal. But it is not permanent. If you want a permanent removal then should go for electrolysis or laser removal.
