Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

No, we can not prescribe an antibiotic here.
Dark urine can be caused by several reasons. First, most common is low fluids intake. Second, associated with back pain is bile ducts obstruction due to stones what causes bilirubin presence in the urine. With this issue you should have also whitish stool and some nausea. Fever can be present.
Urinary tract infection can also give dark urine along with back pain and fever.
If bile ducts problem is possible, you should have endoscopy with ERCP procedure done.
In case of urinary tract infection, antibiotic and increased liquids intake along with cranberries supplementation should help.
Both, stones in bile duct and urinary tract infection should not be treated without doctors attention. Please do not wait with it.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
