Brief Answer:
Kojic cream, sunscreen and moisturising lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic,

I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.

If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a Kojic acid cream like Kojic cream on the XXXXXXX areas twice daily along with the frequent and liberal application of a broad spectrum sunscreen like suncros lotion or Photoban lotion on the entire sun exposed areas 2-3 times during the day time.

Besides this after applying the kojic acid cream on the hands at night, apply a moisturizing lotion like Epilyno lotion over it at night.

These measures will help in reducing your XXXXXXX

Regards
Dr Asmeet
