radant-i cream or fair eye cream are helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to health care magic

Your main concern is dark spots or pigmentation around the eye which could be due to following factors.

1) Hereditary factors seems to play a significant role in dark circles.

2) In allergy prone individuals, a condition or state of 'atopy' exists which may manifest with dark circles under the eyes.

3) Dark circles also depends a lot on your lifestyle pattern like diet, sleep, computer or TV use and stress.

4) Eye strain due to working for long hours on computers & lack of sleep play a major role.

5) In some individuals dark circles may be due to thin under eye skin, thin skin makes the blood in the blood vessels shine through and hence this appears dark.

6) Another cause for dark circles is Iron deficiency Anaemia.

For treatment of dark spots,

1) topical creams (like radant-i cream or fair eye cream) are available over the counter in the market which can be applied twice daily.

You can try this cream and wait for the improvement of darker area for minimum 8 to 10 days.

Also, take Vitamin E supplements and iron rich foods with adequate sleep (regular 6-8 hours ) and de-stressing exercises like yoga and meditation will help in getting rid of the dark spots.

2) In case if there is no improvement, then chemical peels are also good option which are actually the lotions and not available over the counter.

The procedure is done by an expert dermatologist as on OPD procedure. The sessions are usually scheduled every 10-14 days depending on the patient 's condition and doctor's opinion.

For dark skin of face ,

1) you may apply a good sunscreen with SPF at least 30 to be applied in morning every 2-3 hours over whole face liberally.

2) You may use a mild depigmenting cream like melaglow cream in night time over face for improvement of texture and pigmentation.

3) Along with if your skin is excessively dry, use a good moisturiser regularly after washing face for making the skin smooth and supple.
