Hello,

Thank you for posting on HCM.

I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions.
From your description it seems you have perioral dermatitis but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
Therefore, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.

Topical Hydrocortisone, miconazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for the picture and sorry for late reply.
As I suspected you are having perioral dermatitis.
Its a dermatitis affecting skin around lips and its caused due to multiple factors like infections, cosmetics, hormones etc.
Its very difficult to get gratifying results because of its multiple causes.
Therefore, I would suggest that you be in regular follow after initial treatment so that we can plan and modify treatment as per the requirement.
For initial treatment,I would suggest you to avoid any cosmetics and talcum powder on face as far as possible.
Apply a cream containing Hydrocortisone and fusidic acid combination (FUCIDIN-H cream)and a gel containing miconazole (DK gel) twice a day.
Additionally, take oral vitamin B3 tablets twice a day.( Tab Nia 250).
Use a good moisturiser like Emolene cream and a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil cleansing lotion on regular basis.
Follow the above regimen for 3 weeks and follow up with new clinical pictures.
I am sure you will be fine pretty soon.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Mix them and apply twice.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
You take little quantity of both the medications (i.e Fucidin-H cream and DK gel), mix them and apply gently over affected areas twice a day( Morning and Night).
In between, whenever you get time you can apply the moisturizer (Emolene cream)
Use the above creams for 3 weeks and then report back to me with follow-up pictures.
Hope your doubt is resolved.
Thanks
