Question : Hi, I am from the United States. I am XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and have darker skin. I want to have my skin permanently lightened with surgery or have melanin reduction surgery. I would like to know where can I go to get this procedure done?

I am willing to travel if needed.
And about how much could I expect to spend for full body permanent skin lightening? And about how many treatments or sittings should I expect?

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
Please understand that it is not possible to change the genetic skin type of an individual either with medicines or with surgery. You may nevertheless try glutathione tablet or injections for lightening skin tone to an extent but the results are not permanent.
