Question : The skin of my face and neck much darker than rest of body it is happened within 2 to 3months

I felt may be am allergic in hair XXXXXXX or soap

Its a normal responses of Sun exposed skin.
You can use a mild skin lightening cream like kojic acid in night and a sunscreen in morning.
