Question : Hi doctor,
my name is xxxxxxxx...27 years old...
can you pls suggest good fairness cream for daily use...which helps me to reduce dark spots as well....I have very oily skin....I was using ponds white beauty which was working fine but in between I stopped it....now if I use ponds white I get pimples and it is not suits for my skin...i use santoor soap for face...

I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cream containing kojic acid on your face twice daily.
Various preparations containing kojic acid are available in the market like clearz ultra cream, kojivit cream and kojiglo cream.
All are equally good. You can use any of the above cream.
Moreover use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and a broad spectrum sunscreen gel on the entire face during the day time.

can you pls suggest me ayurvedic or homio cream that has no side effects...I am scared and tired of using English creams...Further can u pls specifically mention cream and brand name...so that I can easily go and get it from medical shop...Thanks

You can use beminor cream from Himalaya as a regular fairness cream.
It has to be used twice daily and doesn't have any side effects.
