A patch in the mouth needs to be evaluated.
You need to test with a MRI and biopsy.
It could be either a fungal infection specially in view of your sinus.
And that will need urgent treatment.
If you have been a tobacco chewer cancer also has to be ruled out.
You need to meet a ENT SPECIALIST for the works.
