Brief Answer:
Spots will fade but may not go entirely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Spots will fade but may not go entirely. But that should not be cause of concern or worry.
If its discomfort in scrotum than in penis then get a precautionary ultrasound dont to see if there is any underlying cause of discomfort. This is more to relieve your worry.I dont suspect anything much for just discomfort.Regards.
