Question : I am having dark (brown) urine and discomfort in my pelvic region, I have had a hysterectomy two years ago. I have had blood in my urine during an infection and know those symptoms, this is nothing like that. I tire easy, no fever or other pain in that area

Brief Answer:
Possibility of causes other than UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Dark urine can occur with bilirubin also and it is important that you have a complete urine test done. If bilirubin is elevated, you may be having jaundice which can be a reason for your unusual tiredness.
If any abnormality is detected, you would require a more detailed investigation.
Do get back to me with the results.
