Brief Answer:
Nothing pathological if menstruation normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sexual desires are dependent to some extent on hormonal balance of body. With increasing age and with menopause the libido decreases. But this doesn't seems to be a cause in your case. If you have normal menstruation then there's is nothing pathological.
It may be just you have lost the interest in males and sex. You should analyse your position conditions and zeal for marriage.
May be you can get more involved with males to arouse your interest in males.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
