Question: I always had a light acne problem, always under control. I have shifted to a new house recently, on the outskirts of XXXXXXX The society has few buildings still under construction and the approach is from a highway. This has resulted he in a sudden flare up of the issue. Summers have intensified the problem. Although I get only 2-3 acne boils at a time, mostly on the cheek, they are painful and tend to leave spots, which fade away after a couple of months.
I have a combination skin tending to oily. I was recommended Acnoff soap and erytop cream by a friend. I wanted a professional opinion of what to use before buying anything.

Brief Answer:
clindamycin and adapalene combination

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photograph. There are few deep lesions.
Erytop is erythromycin.
It can cause photosensitivity.
Instead of that use clindamycin gel in day and adapalene gel in night.
I usually prescribe this combination and have seen very good response with it.
You can try this..
The soap is good, you can use it.
Thank you
