Brief Answer:
Hi XXXX

Detailed Answer:
hi,
thank you for your query.

yes we can correct the deformities left behind by the parotidectomy and facial nerve injury.
we could either do a cross over nerve grafting from the opposite side or we could so static slinging just to correct the cosmetic deformities +/- facelift.
how much of an improvement you will get will have to be decided after examining you and doing some investigations to see what the status of the nerves and muscles is.
costs and healing time will vary according to what is done and where.
best would be to meet a plastic surgeon locally or mail me your details so we can set up a consultation to see what exactly could be done.
thank you for using healthcaremagic
