Brief Answer:
Check BP and electrolytes in the blood.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You seem to be sipping water more than required because of feeling dehydration. Sip water only with thirst or dry mouth. I suggest to check blood electrolytes like sodium, potassium and chloride.
Besides iron calcium and magnesium insufficiency can also cause this.
Have electrolyte rich fluid besides water sometimes.
Meclizine is a good drug but sleepy. You can take Cinnarizine. Please discuss with your doctor about it. Both relieve symptoms only but finding the cause is crucial.
Wish you a good health.
Regards
