Brief Answer:
Developmental assessment needs to be done

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone through the query and understand your concern. You need to take your child to a hospital with facilities for assessment of child development. His development needs to be evaluated using various scales like DENVER-II and Bayley's. Based on the findings developmental therapy (similar to but not restricted to physiotherapy) can be administered. Early detection and early intervention are very important and so please do not delay.

Let me know if I could be of further assistance.

Regards
