Brief Answer:
You should consult a Paediatric dentist and first of all get a OPG done..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it is not very much abnormal that a 10 months old child shows no eruption of milk teeth although the first milk tooth erupts in mouth by about 4 months of age while first tooth may erupt at times by 6 months of age of the infant..
As she is ten and half months old there are chances that there may be delayed eruption and teeth may show signs of eruption in a few days to in one to two months..
You can take a close look over her gums and if you see any signs of tooth indentations you need not to worry as the teeth will erupt but in case if there are no signs of teeth indentations you need to consult a Pedodontist and get her evaluated as a full mouth x-ray known as ORTHOPANTOMOGRAM [OPG] can give a proper diagnosis as the dentist can rule out that whether there have been formed tooth buds underneath in the bone or not..
As delayed eruption is at times seen in infants who are premature born or in case if there is deficiency of vitamin D or Congenital Hypothyroidism..
Any treatment can be commenced only after a proper diagnosis..
In case if there are milk teeth appearing in the jaw in the x ray then there may be just delayed eruption and teeth will erupt in a few months,at times the barriers like the overlying bone has to be perforated and the gum has to be incised for providing path for teeth to erupt..

In case if there are no appearance of the tooth buds in the bone then there can be associated rare congenital disorder Ectodermal dysplasia,Osteopetrosis, ,Cleidocranial Dysplasia etc can be a cause and in case if you child is otherwise healthy there are less chances for these conditions..

You need not to worry and first of all consult a Pedodontist and get evaluated and get a full mouth x-ray done..
You can also revert back to me with the x-rays so that I can guide you further for the correct line of treatment..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
