Brief Answer:
Please go for a trans-vaginal sonogram.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

I have gone through your reports. According to your menstrual calendar, your cycle span varies from 31 to 39 days. Your cycle has overshooted your longest period.

Home pregnancy test reads well when performed 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. As your exact ovulation date, if at all you ovulate being a case of PCOD, is difficult to predict, HPT may not give you a proper evaluation.

In this scenario, I would suggest a blood test for pregnancy along with a trans-vaginal sonogram to clarify the issue.

If you happened to ovulate around the 1st of February as per your calendar, you cannot be pregnant with the sexual intercourse you had on the 12th.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
