Question : Hello doctor , I am having regular period delays after taking a IPILL in May this year . Ever since period gets delayed by week to 10 days . I got my period last in July 13th and so far did not get period . Can u help me with a medicine name which I can use to get period and regular from now ?

Kindly suggest dosage and number of days I need to use . My age is 22 years .

Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
It is common to experience delayed menses post ipill intake for next 2-3 months. This is a common side effect of the pill. As you have missed your menses by more than 10 days, so please rule out pregnancy first and if the test is negative then you may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.
Please get a urine pregnancy test done first and follow up.
