Brief Answer:
you may take a progestin withdrawal bleed..

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting HCM,
if you had taken an pill of 7th and had a withdrawal bleed after that on 10th , then it was as expected and ruled out any pregnancy because of the intercourse on 7th november.
Now 10th november becomes your fresh LMP and ideally you should have resumed your menses by 10th december , which is again likely to be delayed by few days by say 10-15 days as a possible side effect of pill itself. But now as you have been amenoorhoeic even till today and pregnancy test is negative , then you should ideally undergo an ultrasound pelvis to check for endometrial thickness . If the endometrial thickness if more than 10mm , then you can opt for progesterone withdrawal to resume your menses.
YOU MAY TAKE:-
TAB MEDROXY PROGESTERONE ACETATE 10mg twice a day for 5 days.
then after finishing the course , the menses should start within 5-7 days resuming your menses. If it doesn't then you may have to undergo a D&C to remove the endometrium completely to allow a fresh cycle to start.

Also it is important with your history to get evaluated for PCOS as well considering earlier history of oligomenorrhoea.
