Brief Answer:
Yes,this needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Health care Magic forum.

Definitely your symptoms needs a detailed evaluation to find out the underlying cause, and treat accordingly.

Symptoms like delayed periods, weight gain, increased sleep, hair fall etc can be caused by some systemic diseases. Among them, hypothyroidism (caused by inadequate functioning of the thyroid gland) is a very likely cause. After getting appropriate investigations done like thyroid function test, cause can be found. Hypothyroidism can be treated with thyroxine supplements.

Other less likely possibilities are anemia (but as you are already taking iron supplement mulmin F, this is much less likely), connective tissue disorders etc.

Kindly see your doctor for evaluation and management. You may ask for investigations like blood routine examination, thyroid function test etc.

Meanwhile, have a healthy diet rich in fruits and green leafy veges.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
So need further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

If TFT is normal( I guess TFT included TSH and Free T3/T4),we have to look for other causes.
A basic evaluation including complete blood count,ESR,RBS,Serum cholesterol,Chest x-ray etc will give us a baseline to proceed further.

It is difficult to pinpoint towards a particular diagnosis without a detailed examination and these investigations.
Kindly see a physician for further evaluation.

Thank you.
