Brief Answer:
There is Florida Statutes regulating the standards of care in SNF...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

To answer some of your questions: There is a chapter (400) in "The 2016 Florida Statutes" regarding the "NURSING HOMES AND RELATED HEALTH CARE FACILITIES".

Rules and regulations are being adopted to the level of mental disorders/dementia the patient does have.

Caring services involves food/drinks consumption; pain management; various activities specifically for dementia care.

If you have any specific interest on hospice or nursing facility, please provide the name, and what you are specifically interested in, so I can provide specific details.

Brief Answer:
They will call you back and discuss the details...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

OK, I got what you say.

Some nursing facilities can use insurance of their patients to hospice them.
I think this REP is from the NRF and they're preparing your new place according to your health needs.

Don't worry, they will take care of everything including oral care and others as they did in your last NF.

They will phone again or will contact you directly for details, don't worry.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
