Kindly read my detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM.
I read your question and understand your concerns.

In dengue fever usually the fever and severe muscle pain lasts for 3-4 days but the platelet count sometimes continues to decrease for further 3 to 4 days.

The untimely menstruation may be due to low platelet count which will cause high bleeding tendency. However at this platelet count bleeding is uncommon.
One other possibility is your liver injury which causes high PT (prothrombin time) which causes bleeding. So kindly check your prothrombin time also.
You might need inj. Vitamin k if PT is elevated. Your doctor will understand this if you tell him.

Daily go for complete blood count. If platelet count goes below 50000, you might need to get admitted.
Bleeding chances are more actually when platelet count is less than 15000.

Drink plenty of plain water, it's the main treatment of dengue fever. Avoid paracetamol in high dosage because of liver injury. You can take fruit juices and more sugar as it will help during liver injury.

Repeat every 3rd day liver profile. Avoid all types of oily and fatty food.
Don't worry with proper care and regular in touch with your doctor will improve her condition in 1 week.

Any further questions from you is always welcomed
Thank you.

How bad is the liver. Any diet restrictions to be followed. I have thyroid for which I was having regular medicine. Does that have any thing to do with bleeding.my initial platelet count was 184000. Next report after 48 hrs was 136000. And the last report after 96 hrs was 80000. Now fever has subsided however bleeding though has reduced but not stopped...should I take some other medicine to stop bleeding. I have to travel on 5 Nov is it Ok or should I avoid it.please advice

Hello and welcome back.

As I have explained before, your bleeding might be due to liver injury. So ask your doctor to do prothrombin time. If it's elevated then you need inj vitamin k.

Better you avoid travel on 5th of November.

Your liver injury is mild as per the report suggest. Kindly read my previous answer about when to repeat the reports and what to avoid in diet. I have explained about it in detail.

There is no relation between thyroid and bleeding at present. So kindly continue same medications for thyroid.

Don't worry everything will be alright if you follow carefully my advice in previous question.

Thanks you.

Have a nice day.
