Question : I am having erection problem and feel urination feeling while erection process. Impotency has been for last 7 years, however once in 3 months or 6 months, it used to happen once. but now its completely not happening.

I am having impotency issues since 2010 (7 years), however i had taken few homeopathy medicines twice and it worked for a month or two and its back to erectile dysfunction.

It all started when i had dengue fever in 2010, post that I am having this issue. REquest to suggest if i have to visit a doctor in person. If so, whicch specialist i have to consult.

I think you should go for evaluation first like serum testosterone, LH, FSH, lipid profile and penile doppler study. A semen analysis also needs to be done.
