Brief Answer:
Early treatment of dengue is recommended...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I reviewed the reports attached. He indeed is positive for dengue. However as his hematocrit (HCT) and platelet are within normal limits, it doesn't appear concerning at the moment. I will encourage you to feed the child well. Keep him hydrated with plenty of fluids. If necessary the child can be hospitalised and monitored depending on his symptoms.

CRP is a non specific marker. It may be related to the current infection. I would like to review his clinical symptoms and other investigations if any. Can you explain his symptoms and what other tests are performed. This will allow me to comment further.

Regards
