Brief Answer:
Low-dose antidepressants;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.

I would suggest a low dose antidepressants for treatment of your symptoms.

Certain antidepressants related to the class of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) may decrease menopausal hot flashes.

A low-dose antidepressant for management of hot flashes may be useful for women who can't take estrogen for health reasons or for women who need an antidepressant for a mood disorder.

So, it will help for both of them.

Please consult your physician for the prescription and proceed accordingly.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
