Brief Answer:
You can take Advil as and when required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your detailed history. You have chronic pain in multiple joints with anxiety. Right now you are taking tramadol and coming off venlafaxine. The pain is not adequately controlled.
Since you have anxiety disorder also, the pain perception increases in such cases. You need a good anti anxiety drug with a low day time sedation. For this Zopiclone or Zolpidem can help you. In addition to it medicines like escitalopram can help.
For adequate pain relief you can continue taking tramadol and take ibuprofen or Advil on as and when required basis.
I would also like to give some advice to make the life better and to fight with these pains-
Do regular physiotherapy of joints.
Hot fomentation to decrease the joint stiffness
Hot bath of Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate)-Magnesium has both anti-inflammatory and anti- arthritic properties and it can be absorbed through the skin.
Take regular calcium and vitamin D3 supplements. You can also add muscle relaxants for back pain relief due to bulging discs.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
