Brief Answer:
Dose of Parkin should be reduced.
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM
I can understand your concern. He is on Paroxetine, Parkin, Clonazepam and supplements. His symptoms might be attributed to Parkin. Reducing the dose of Parkin will help to improve his condition.
Parkin has antucholinergic actions and the drug in high dose could lead to reduced appetite and restlessness like symptoms.
Discuss with your doctor for reduction of doses and you will see improvement.
Thanks and take care

earlier dose was one per day but father was having problem of shaking hands very much, then doctor increased the dose.
Brief Answer:
The doses should be reduced.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
Why the doses were increased?
Was he taking any antipsychotics for long before his present therapy? Or any history of Parkinson's like symptoms he has?
Shaking decreases with Parkin if the shaking is due to Parkinson's disease or due to antipsychotic overdose. But reducing the dose should reduce his present symptoms.
Thanks.
