Question : I have a problem with depression related with regrets rfom the past that I can't forget. It is a constant thing that drives me crazy. What would be effective for me to take that could possiblyhelp. I take Wellbutrin now' and like it but it isn't enough!

I'm on the verge of tears most of the time, I need something to help me go on with my life .

Medications can't treat sadness caused by regrets. That kind of sadness can only be helped by therapy. I recommend once to twice weekly psychotherapy with a qualified therapist.
