Suggest Treatment For Depression

Question: Hi Doctor,
I am currently getting over a series of bad situations in my life and working through depression with a therapist, but I'm going through phases of eating well and being physically active and binge eating anything in sight, even food I'm not allowed to eat (I have celiac disease). I can't control it and fight it so hard but I'm just not sure what to do anymore. Any suggestions.
