She is a home maker and her routine behavior is normal doing house hold chores, cooking, feeding children etc.
Since 3 days
1. she thinks that everyone is watching her in our colony (though no one is watching),
2. she thinks every act she does is monitored by someone
3. all are trying to separate me (husband) from her and try to portray her as bad
4. I do not like her and avoid her.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of psychosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for mentioning the symptoms. These are not the typical symptoms of depression. They seem to be the symptoms of psychosis. If it has occurred for the first time and have been there for a short period only then the symptoms should come down well with the start of the treatment. When such patients appear in my clinic I generally start them on Tab. Olanzapine (Oleanz) 10mg to be taken for a few 2 weeks(at night after dinner) and then the medicines are reviewed. Generally it takes 5-10 days to show its response. Further during this period its essential to be alert and to be with the patient all the time as there is a risk that the patient may harm herself.

The above medicines are prescription only drugs and I would request you to see a psychiatrist and get the above medicines prescribed so that you can buy them from the medical stores.

Hope this helps
In case if you have any further query, do let me know.

Kind regards
