Suggest Treatment For Depression

Question : I am just looking at the drugs that I have been given for depression. I have been on meds for over 20 years (I am 70) My meds are quetiapine fumarate 25MH; Bupropion SR 150 MG. and Sertraline HCL 100MG.
I want to know if there will be any relief or this is just my chemistry and I should accept it! I am now 70 years old and have been with psychiatrists and drugs for over 20 years. AM I just a dreamer, or can things improve?? XXXXXXX
