Question : I'm unable to breathe through my nose from the starting. And always one side of the nose is blocked and leaking. Also I have cold most of the time so these are my main problems.
Brief Answer:
This is a very common problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. The most common cause for these symptoms is a DNS (Deviated Nasal Septum), Nasal Turbinate Hypertrophy and Allergic Rhinitis.
2. Medical treatment with nasal steroids, anti allergic medication and steam inhalation should be tried.
3. If medical therapy fails, a Turbinate Reduction (by radiofrequency or coblation), in some cases with a Septoplasty will solve your problem.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
