Brief Answer:
deviated septum. septoplasty surgery advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
As per your history, you are having a deviated septum. This itself can cause frequent cold attacks. Along with this, you might be having nasal allergy also.
This is medical evaluation.
For deviated septum, there is no medicines to correct it. Septoplasty is the surgery advised.
For allergy sufferers, steroid nasal spray + antihistamines + leukotriene antagonist for 3 months are advised.
You can discuss my views with your doctor.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
