Question : Iam suffering for IBS.Iam also a diabetic not in control.Iam a male aged 59 years. My weight is 72kg. Iam a vegetarian. How can I control my sugar level and also gastic disorder. I have no BP problems

So you have 2 issues .

1. Uncontrolled Diabetes.
2. IBS.

For the control of Diabetes , proper dose of medication , regular exercise and good diet is needed . If you are not exercising then better you start doing and if you are already exercising then increase the intensity or duration of exercise.

Next is the diet , since you also have IBS -- doing a proper diet is very crucial. In that regard it would be better if you take a dietician consult . But in general avoid spicy food , non veg food , avoid citrus fruits, avoid milk , curds , avoid potato, panner , avoid cheese , butter . Take more of other vegetables , pulses and drink plenty of water .

Now coming to your medication , I think it needs to be either changed or dose has to be increased . So kindly let me know your recent blood sugars so that I can adjust the dosage .
