Suggest Treatment For Diabetes While On Janumet

Question: Iam having Diabetes for last 10 months and the sugar level is 150 in fasting and 186-200 after food. Iam currently taking genumet 50/500 twice a day. S

Firstly, in order to guide you specifically, i need a few specific details, so please go through the following questionnaire and answer them-

What is your age at present ?

Your present body weight & height ?

Are you physically active/in to any physical activity/gym programs ?

Is this the sugar level 10month back prior to start the Janumet therapy or is it a new report ?

If it's a new report, how was your previous sugar analysis report, please clarify ?

Was the post prandial (after food) reading taken 2 hrs after meal ?

Was any other investigation done apart from these, if yes then please let me know the results..

Any other problem apart from the Diabetes ? Any changes in body weight/diet regime overall during this period of 10months ?
