Brief Answer:
improved glycemic control and need for antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Diabetic diarrhea is usually treated symptomatically with loperamide (immodium 2 mg) one tablet twice or three times a day. However improved glycemic control should be the primary goal.

Her blood sugar needs further control so that fasting is 100 and PP 140 mg/dl.

A course of Tinidazole 500 mg orally twice a day and Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day orally for 05 days will help , as treatment of bacterial overgrowth with antibiotics is sometimes useful. These are prescription drugs, please get them prescribed by your primary physician.
