Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
First, it as be caused by other disorders,in first place vascular claudications. But if this is felt only in one thigh then it is more likely to be diabetic neuropathy. It is of course important to regulate your blood sugar. You 've used classic painkillers but if there is no success, you can try with more sophisticated medications such as gabapentin or carbamazepine which may be efficient. Also, tricyclic antidepressants could work as well. You need to consult your doctor about availability of these medications. other recommendations are body weight regulation, vitamin d and vitamin b supplements. Wish you good health. Regards
