Question : Last night I had a sudden explosion of a lot of very watery diarrhea. I had no feeling this was going to happen. I had not eaten all day until dinner when I had spaghetti cabanero. It occurred about 30 minutes after eating.

This is probably linked to food intolerance or food intoxication. Because it happened just once and hasn't happened again, there is just no reason to get worried by this.Substances in the food must have resulted to increased motility of the intestines and the watery diarrhea.
