I just had a beef dinner and 10 mins after I have had diarrhea which came without the feeling of needing the toilet and it just came out on the spot. What would be the cause of this?
Food intolerance or poisoning. Drink much water

Hi and thanks for the query,
I am sorry for this incident. I would love to know if you experienced any notion of nausea or vomiting after eating or not. The most likely cause of such an experience is food intolerance, or food poisoning. It be interesting to check the conditions under which the beef was cooked, stored and served, and also the accompanying foods to took the beef along with.
Watch out for any abdominal pain or cramps. Drinking lots of water should be the initial thing you need to do as you remain calm.
I do not think you need to panic. This should simply be an episode of food intolerance or poisoning. You might have to watch out more keenly and report to your doctor in case this repeats.
Kind regards as I wish you the best of health,
Dr Bain
