Brief Answer:
Stomach flu, IBS, Needs work up

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Diarrhea and regurgitation after eating, inability to retain food in stomach with pain , if acute and short term in history should be considered for some viral infection like stomach flu also called gastroenteritis. Legs cramping is just a sequelae and happens due to electrolytes imbalance due to imbalance in GI function. Managing former will fix the later.

A good start will be a few labs, blood work up, stool work up for any ova or antigen that can point towards infection. Once gastroenteritis is ruled out, other possibilities should be considered. Women at young age should be considered for functional bowel diseases like IBS etc. That will need thorough and extensive work up as it is diagnosis of exclusion.

Regarding mouth infection, that will need to be looked at. some time regurgitation causes oral hygiene impairment and that can lead to some oral infection like candida etc. Good oral hygiene and salt water gargles and brushing and flossing regularly should take care of that.

Meanwhile, take some loperamide for diarrhea, eat small frequent meals,a void dairy and fatty products. Avoid spices and beverages etc. Restrict to banana, rice, applesauce , toast, pomegranate juices and green tea etc. Add yogurt to every diet and use peppermint with it, former is best probiotic and later is best antispasmodic. These modifications will help and buy you some time till you talk to your doctor tomorrow and let them evaluate you for possible cause.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
