Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
You have sinusitis and it may be viral in origin. The other symptoms like body ache, diarrhoea, exhaustion are known to occur with such infections. If it is only viral, it would pass in a few days. If it persists or worsens then one has to consider a bacterial infection for which you would require antibiotics.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.

thanks for your response. two little things I forgot to mention: slight chills, and slight fbever (99.5). probably all consistent w what you said, right?
Brief Answer:
Can occur with both.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the input.
Both viral and bacterial infections can produce fever of that magnitude and chills. The viral infection usually gets better in a few days. If it doesn't or gets worse , it would be better to have yourself examined by a doctor as antibiotics are prescription medicines.
Wish you a quick recovery and a good day.
